Why is it important to have more representation across all university layers?
"Promoting representation from a young age, particularly for women, is essential for breaking down stereotypes and barriers. Especially enjoyable are our 3D printing workshops (TUM Entdeckerinnen), where we explore the basics of mechanical engineering with the girls. Their enthusiasm and creativity as they design their own puzzle and operate the 3D printer is wonderful to see.
Encouraging girls to pursue education and careers in STEM fields, for example, not only empowers them individually but also contributes to building a more inclusive and equitable society."
