How does your vision of diversity, variety and equality for a university campus look like?
"For me, diversity on a university campus means that both scientific and non-scientific issues can be examined and discussed from different perspectives. The matters to be discussed are in the foreground, discussion partners take on the arguments of the others and support each other. The origin, age, family situation and appearance of the partners are irrelevant, and categorical denial of arguments is not a part of the discussion culture."
